Ammo Refill

I find myself constantly running out of ammo, both on foot and in the tanks. A way to refill ammo would be fantastic.

You can grab weapons from dead bodies pressing F or ask bot squad for ammo too(ALT), about tanks ammo i dont know.

They should do something about this. Maybe place few crates with ammo near spawns and capture points.

the ability to request ammo using ALT has been removed for this test for some reason.

i kinda feel the same.

i was testing the AA gun, and after few clips of ammo i couldnt do nothing more with it besides desmentle it …
a timer to refil the ammo could be great in this situation.

on soldiers, you can either ask your bots with Alt key, or grab weapons from dead soldiers.

You can ask for ammo from your bots in the squad if they use same ammo. Look for hint the HUD.

What if your bots are dead? Then all you can do is to take weapons from dead enemies. Most of those guns have like one, maybe two magazines at best.
Ammo crates need to be added. Either stationary or placed by engineer class.

For tanks, they could copy over the mechanics of War Thunder where sitting in cap points refills ammo, or they can do something like what Battlefield V did in which they had resupply stations that could be built (Well lucky us we have the engineer class) and pressing like say T near them would allow you to refill your ammo for your tanks and also your soldier like on foot.

As always im up for a more realistic solution. You cant get ammo anywhere in a battlefield irl, its a fact. The only way for you to get more ammo is from a guy who brings it to you from a logistics point, a km or so away from the battle and to that point a truck or something similar was used to bring the ammo.

Tanks were often used in war to do some sidetasks, like moving troops to battle of bring stuff that was too heavy for the soldiers to carry to the battlefield, like ammo in this case.

So my suggestion:

Everytime a tank spawns, you could get an ammo refil from that vehicle, but it would only have a few thousand rounds or so with it, and that would be only pistol and rifle ammo (same ammo goes obviously to MG and SMG).
