American and German planes

As you know, the game only allows you to bring one vehicle to the battlefield without a premium account.
in addition, in the current Normandy campaign, American planes have a very low ground attack capability compared to the Germans.
based on the above, most of the American player’s vehicle slots should be filled with tanks.

This makes it very unlikely that any american fighters will emerge to intercept German planes, and I feel that German overkill is increasing even more.

please let me know what you think and how can solve this problem.

so you want to have the americans 4 tanks while the germans 2 tanks and two airplanes?

first of all, let me tell you. it’s not really logical nor functional.

because those planes will most likely kill your tanks.

second of all, as a somewhat, good german pilot of the bf109, it’s all about skills. not the plane.
and as far as i saw during battles, the majority of players take the airplane, just to rocket or make a bomb run, and than crash/suicide. that’s basically it. you don’t often see dog fights.

and than, there are few people that actually try to interecept airplanes and destroy them.

i encountered alot of A-20 and P-51s that were actually though to gun down.

issue is, players.

that’s because no one intercept planes.

countless time i flew barely untouched for many matches from start to finish.
not many people pull up a fight

and that’s the reality.

like, as a ““main”” german player from this season, i don’t see many fighters that intercept the other planes. like, after a few turns in trying to avoid the enemy, they just simply gave up and go for the refuel point.

that does not mean that there are none. and everyone is a dork in flying plane. not at all, because we have those as well over the german side,
on the others hand for muricans,
only a few keep circling untill i get bored, and i got shot down because of it. and right there, it’s skill ( i guess ).

unfortunally, i’m far away from the P51 to judge it’s performance. but as said before, nontheless both have capabilities of kill the other. but it’s the player that matters.

and lots of those gets bored quite quickly after a few minuts of matches.

personally i don’t understand why someone would take the airplane just to get bored. like, you decided to take it, and you should use it untill you get shot down.

but this is just my view and experience.

Planes dont need any skill in this game. All counters are innefficient at best when compared to how easy planes are.

Especially german ones. Those rockets and 250kg bombs arw just op as ***

If those 500kg bombs in berlin are more powerful then whole campaing will be ruined

Annnd here is the problem. Yes German planes are better at ground attack right now. But the bf 110 on which this fact is heavily based gets blown out of the sky by even a lesser skilled P-38 pilot. Yes I can win a fight with a 110 against a P-38 if the P-38 pilot doesn’t know that there is less thn 110% Throttle and flaps are a thing…but if the P-38 pilot knows what he is doing, no Bf 110 can stay alive for more than mere seconds after he is spotted.
The P-51 lacks 250lbs bombs than it would be an equal match against the 109 G-6. Again a tid bit less powerful against ground but with a slight edge in air combat.
But some allied player must take the effort and take a plane and hunt down those german planes. More oftenthan not nobody on the US side bothers to take a plane besides an A-20 beccause ther ockets dont have the splash wof the Wurfgranaten.
I have seen more than a couple of matches where a skilled P-38 pilot swatted the 110s out of the sky and used his rockets to desroy one german tank after another.

If US pilots wouldnt just suicidebomb, but actually play their role with forcing air superiority over the germans, everything was fine. The p38 outperforms the bf110 in the air. I had some encounters where the enemy p38 decided to hunt me down in my bf110 and i couldnt get him off my six. Additionaly the p38 seems to soak up much more dmg than teh bf110, which turns into a flying brick after being hit by a few rifle bullets.
