I would like to customize the amount of certain ammunitions already equipped. Currently the Is2 got 15 AT and 15 HE shells, but i would like to customize it to probably 8 AT shells and 22 HE shells

These vehicles shouldn’t be implemented like this at all. That Panzer IV in Moscow is an amazing collectible vehicle just by itself - it and the battle pass Panther from Berlin are two of the most beautiful skins in the game.
That would be a fine solutions. At least let us configure the number of shells.
