When using a tank, you get an anti-tank round, generally AP or APHE, and a pure HE round. You can switch between them by pressing R, but unlike War Thunder, you cannot interrupt the cannon reloading progress to change shell types, forcing you to wait for the gun to load and fire a random shell if you switch just right after you fire, instead of before you fire.
This wasn’t too much of an issue before as the 37mm and 45mm HE is lackluster and the guns reload fast, but with 75mm shells and a longer reload, this becomes much more of an issue.
Please add the option to interrupt and restart the reloading progress with the other shell type if you press R when the gun is reloading.

I strongly agree with this one. You should also be able to reload a different type of ammo without having to fire the round that is currently chambered.
No - real life practice, as mentioned in as many manuals as we could find a few weeks ago - is that you fire a round to unload it if at all possible.
Unloading is fraught with potential errors - including the projectile becoming separated from the case. Manuals always have procedures for removing rounds in case of misfire for example, but standard practice pretty much world wide is to fire the loaded round.
It’s a perk ingame already, lol.
Is it for Tanker 2? its not tanker 1.
It’s for rank 5 tankers only.
Thanks! I did not know that. It’s actually great to see that you go to such lenghts to refine the game. What about the magazine fed tanks, like the ones in the Moscow campaign? Were you able to change magazines, and thus ammo type, while having to fire only one round instead of the whole mag? I don’t know much about tanks, so I have no idea how a system like that worked.
