If we could sell them even for 5/50/500 silver each depending on ‘rarity’, that would be much more useful than stockpiling unneeded stuff.

Decals and decorations should work like in WT, you unlock them once, and then you can spam them as long as there are slots for them.
And callsign orders should be merged with appearance orders, because they’re useless.
If there’s the Cosmetic Filter implemented – sure.
Otherwise seeing that disgusting reindeer on every single tank would be the last thing I’d want to see from this suggestion.
