You get more, back, unless I’ve failed at counting. It costs 900 but returns 1000 if you do the whole thing.
I’d wait till the next one at this point, unless you’re getting premium and elite bp, and you’re sure you can do 9 tasks a day. not a lot of room left for off days if you wanna grind to the end.
I agree that F2P should get at least one vehicle and infantry slot, but I do not believe that it should be given out for free. Instead, players should grind for it pretty much like in WT, where people are still buying active slots anyway, but F2P have at least a fair amount of choice.
From that it is safe to assume, that the sales of active slots will not be affected here as well.
Also, Darkflow should get rid of a double paywall on active slots we currently have. Just let players buy slots directly, instead of having to spend even more on the premium (there is no reasonable excuse for this practice) for literally no reason.
There where instances they gave premium time for a few days, f2p players could take that opportunity to buy some slots.
10 euros, can buy an extra slot on 2 campaigns. As the first level is less than 500 gold and will be forever unlocked. Giving the ability to have an extra vehicle or inf squad.
That does not justify it at all and is a bandage solution at best (not even that if you want to hope for 1day free premium from twitch that may never happen again). Double paywalling was always a rather shady technique that if anything discourages people from making purchases.
F2p players need more levels? Sure, but if they add them to be grinded, I expect, as a pay user to revive one as well.
Does the ability to buy a extra slot be only avaiable behind a premium time sounds shaddy?, maybe, but who in the right mind would play this game without premium Atleast…
A year worth of premium is more than enough to compleat all current campaigns with time to spare, and isn’t even expensive. Imo ofc.
So I start to understand the hate now. You all bought it and now defend it because of that. So you are ok with paying for advantage once it is on your side.
Nah. I m Ok on a bought item, if a free user can get it, a pay user shall get it too. Or no?
Or why would I suport the game if everyone could have exacly the same I can with real money!?
There is a difference there.
Ofc I m gonna defend my payed item, who wouldn’t? Sure a free user shall have one, but what that make my payed one feels like? If a free user receive one right now, we shall too receive another one. Right?
Or why or who would spend money supporting the game if, at any given time could have the same outcome without spending a single dollar /euro or what ever? That’s the only difference.
Are you capable of reading and understanding what’s actually being written?
The only thing Shiivex said, which I agree with, is that free players can grind for an extra slot, paying users should receive an additional slot as well.
We aren´t talking about same amount of slots that you can purchase. Giving only one slot of both types to F2P AFTER they grind for it is only fair.
I believe it would be more sufficient if gold spent on one of each slot would be refunded if said player purchased 1 or more slots and crossed the unlock level when (if) this gets released. But yeah, giving that one more slot to paying players would work too.
So, I loaded enlisted on that old XBox one, and I gotta say, it’s fucking awful.
Loads of texture pop-in, low framerate, and they seem to have limited the detail of distant objects by adding a haze or fog to the map (unless that’s just the console having dogshit lighting in game) that made it hard to identify and target enemy infantry at normal engagement distances. Didn’t get to try flying, but I can’t imagine it’s much better. I think OP might be right about the difficulty of hitting tanks from the air on console, and only on past gen, but I still disagree with the suggestion made.
I also tried setting my PC graphics to minimum, and it was still way better than on the console, FWIW.
I get the attitude, but it’s not a good answer. Shit’s been wild for the last two years, PC hardware hasn’t gotten cheaper or more available, and $500 for a new console is a chunk of cash to be shelling out for most people, especially just to play a free-to-play shooter better. Would’ve been better not to put the game on past-gen hardware in the first place.
