Allow soldiers to mount an allied tank by pressing F key. Soldiers should also be able to shoot while mounted, same way as it works with APCs. This would be very useful when, for example, one team captures a point in invasion mode and has to advance towards the next one: if there’s a tank nearby, some teammates could ride on it allowing for faster travel. Make it so bigger tanks can carry more soldiers than smaller tanks (e.g. T-26/PZ-2 can only carry 4-6 men, while KV-1/Tigers etc can carry up to 10-12 men).
Note: I’m not suggesting to allow players to SPAWN on tanks, only to ride on them.

Theres has to be setting option which prevent to do so. I really do not want some randoms to bring up even more attention to my tank. They’d just make it even more juicier target.
Besides, I doubt the soldiers ever did much in the middle of a battle on the front line.
The primary reason they climbed on top of tanks was to protect themselves from mines. Not to be transported in quicker manner.
Yes and No. While all the pictures of Soviet infantry riding on top of t-34’s are most likely due to the fact they are crossing mine fields, it is a effective way to move troops quicker.
