Alligator creek Invasion

Well what the hell can I say about this map? We were allies and from the word go my whole squad never made it out of the trench that we spawned in. One by one we were wiped out! I then spent the rest of this map never getting off the beach, being naded non stop, blown up by planes etc, etc :rage: To be honest, half an hour spent with my ex-wife would have been more fun than my experiences in the Pacific campaign . Why couldnt all the time and expense, that the Devs have obviously put into this new campaign, been at least spent on creating new maps for the previous campaigns that do work?

Bye, bye Pacific I won`t be coming back :unamused:

well, hate to break it to you, but as i have started playing the pacific with more intent and just today i have played as an allied with starter equipment and just medics freshy unlocked, i had the pleasure of playing the alligator’s creek 3 times across 3 hours against japanaese forces that putted out quite a fight. lost only once, won twice.

beach part wasn’t an issue. and you know how we overcomed with the defences while getting close?

smokes.
smokes, and yet smokes.

you have no idea how many times people underrate them. then, charged each time buildings or trenches with bayonettes and grenades. you don’t really need anything else beside smokes, a few grenades, and bayonettes.

i wanted to save those matches with the replay, but the replay system is currently rather questionable.

so… i’m afraid it’s not the map fault. ( as grey areas are almost unexistant for both teams )

which getting angry for one bad match… it’s rather awkward and rant about it with no ends.

in the end, you win some, you lose some.

you can also just use a bombing run to keep them way from the points and if they want to get on the point then bye bye enemies

Happy days for you mate, but what about all the times that you can`t even throw a smoke nade because as soon as you take one step you are blown to bits like it was for me?

you got arty, smokes… tanks… everything at your disposition.

if i managed to do it, i’m fairly sure everyone can.

otherwise… it’s not the map that you should be looking at.

( which, if teammates do not help, there’s only little you can do. but losing it’s not that much of a drama now is it ? otherwise you’ll have to get comfortable in other campaigns which roughly can go the same way depending on many factors. )

I agree with Fraulein Erika.

Dont patronize me pal! Where the hell do you come from with all this..if your team mates dont help (when the hell does that often happen? No one talks to each other) crap! And… but losing isnt much of a drama, is it? Just where did I say that I had a problem with getting beaten? All I stated was, that as soon as you spawn, you are blown or shot to bits! For one I am not a noob player, I finish most maps in the top 4 of my side. Please have a bit more respect when talking to people, instead of patronizing them.

do you really want me to answer that?

one man army doesn’t usually work.
so… yeah. you tell me.

but as stated above, you can actually improve the battlefield because you have the tool to get the job done .

which i gave suggestions on how to overcome it rather than crying about spawns ( that are not the issue ).

and… how hard is it to call for artillery smoke, or drop nades?

you still haven’t mentioned those.

which

idk man… i don’t make usually assumption, but complaining for such a futile reason among the many others concrete problems makes me wonder.

weird flex, but okey.

respect for what?

patronizing who.

but go on ken.

OMG I am so sorry, I thought you were a bloke :grimacing: You see while reading your name, which is all spelt as one word ( you must be able to see my confusion?), I must have got a bit confused, silly me  :upside_down_face:

Anyway, and just for you…Erika, dear, I will leave you with the meaning of …Patronizing…
apparently kind or helpful but betraying a feeling of superiority; condescending.

All the very best…ta… ta for now

i don’t really see what my gender has much to do regarding this conversation of yours. about your inability of using smokes ( which you still haven’t explained us why you didn’t even considered of using them instead of making a post on the forum about half a rant ).

by the way, not really my fault if nicknames do not allow spaces.

right.

i appreciate your assumptions that i do not understand the meaning of that word, but i’m afraid you are mistaken.

which, i never claimed to be superior. and never have been condescending.

and what confuses me more, is what you are actually thinking or gave you that impression.

but, okey. if that helps you to sway the conversation in any meanigfull way, and actually avoid adressing the ā€œissueā€ in your case, i’ll leave you to it.
