Allied Riflemen and Engineers should be able to equip BARs on Normandy

I’ve returned to Normandy only to realize the my Axis Rifleman have Fallschirmjägergewehr 42s and my Allied Rifleman cant equip BARs!

Wastedwoodsman was right about German bias! The BAR is so Similar to the FG-42 that im seriously confused why the BARs not as available as the FG-42

They both fire full sized rifle cartridges
They both use 20 round detachable box magazines
They both fully automatic
They have similar recoil
They both are select fire (Except M1918A2)

Wastedwoodsman was right, every allied soldier NEEDS a BAR!

But only on Normandy because the Japs and Italians dont have fully automatic battle rifles.

Joke’s aside, even though I don’t really play Allies in Normandy, you’re right that the BAR should be treated as an equivalent.

You’ve got it backwards: the fg42 should be usable exclusively by machine gunners

guess what… it can be used on engineers… with 30 round fast firing 8.8 damage.
what more you need on a game against bots?
try it out… you will be amazed.

Should be an assaulter weapon instead of rifleman.

Giving every soldier automatics is such an easy mode in this game, it makes people think they’re good because they can frag bots by the dozen as long as they can point their fire hose in the right direction

StG-44 is the most similar weapon but unavailable to engineers

i got 1 as well, same with 2 m5a1 carols and 2 bt7 veterans

because i got one back in CBT, they wiped all progress there after promising they will return all twitch drop items , then they released it for OBT where i got it again before they gave me the Original BT7 :sweat_smile:
