All German soldiers should have access to White pants (legs)

At the moment only German sniper squads have the access to white pants, my suggestion is that all German squads should have the option available.

And yes, before someone derails the thread, customization for all nations needs a lot of work (where Italians? More Brit stuff, please!) Adding the pants would not take a lot of work, as they already exist in game.
