AI's path finding is really terrible in Berlin's maps

Due to very complex maps/structures, AI’s path finding can give players great trouble… If you play lonefighters, it maybe fine for you. (Which I always prefer lonefighters) But if you play squad mode… Your bots may often:

  1. get stuck in somewhere
  2. Can not find the way to get closer to you
  3. Detour and expose themselves in a danerous areas.

Bots still can deal with path includes a height difference.
Like they can’t use climb/jump very well
Some “height gaps” can block them
etc.

Just one day since closed beta. They are working on it and when open beta releases it will be better, I’m sure.

I think this was a general bug they patched in with the CBT for Berlin. No matter if Normandy or Moscow, my bots behave more r-worded than before.

Even on an open field they won’t go and attack the cap, they get stuck on the regular spawns and often won’t even follow me.

Moscow is old and relatively simple maps. Normandy’s many bushes expose AI’s poor shoot behavior. Berlin map is so complex that will expose more AI’s weakness.
