I just started leveling my CAS planes in Moscow, but even though my Bf-110 says it can hold 2 crew, there’s no way to add a gunner. Is there a reason this isn’t in the game? Cause it doesn’t seem like it’d be too broken, and would help the plane, as well as make it feel more realistic. I feel like adding it just like they function in warthunder would be good. Or maybe make it so the gunner only works if you switch.

They are planning to add it, it has been annonced a few months ago, but still not there…

Would be nice to see it, sometimes fighter on your tail is a real annoyance.

what it lacks in detail, it compensates with historical accuracy and promised updates that maybe one day when i will have a kids even then G41 will not be fixed (irony)
I feel that tail gunners will go one of two ways, they will either be a mere annoyance who, unless you get unlucky will mostly just provide a cool visual effect as you chase a bomber, or they will be deadly crack shots who will make bombers untouchable.

Not if they’re player aimed. They’ll force fighters to be more cautious and allow you greater vision towards your rear. (The pilot will just keep flying straight +controllable with keaboard, if you switch to the gunner.)
