Why can’t an airplane mark a tank or a ground target? We need it probably more than anyone else and we’re the only ones who CANT mark a target. Our visual range is the most restricted ie, we can only see targets for about 2 seconds so the actual location is pretty important. People are even worse. Maybe 1-2 seconds. If you are bombing you don’t need to know exactly where they are just a general idea. Teams are notorious for not marking targets.

You can, it’s just a control conflict, I can do this on PS5, but spotting whilst flying takes practice, I cannot use medkits in air as a cost, but that’s fine…
You can is only hard
But they can…Hold C then look and mark within the circle…You can also mark in sight but then you have to measure from the distance of your gun drop to the mark which is usually 1 something down for about 1 click to target. Just experiment and you get it right after some time. Sure it can be fiddling at times
I’ve been attempting this every so often to see if it works. AND IT DOESN’T. I’ve tried marking a tank repeatedly until I crash into it. NO MARK.
