Air lead indicator makes the game no skill

You write a lot for nothing, because the end result is still my way. Your angular velocity is 10000x million higher at close range.

You can do all the maneuvering you want at range, I only have to move my mouse 1cm to follow the indicator.

It also doesn’t matter if it is more accurate or not at close range, because it is harder to get plane on target when they are closer unless you are flying a UFO, as the fight is more about position than gunnery at that point.

Only 1 plane kill? Wow!

hard game!

Ah yes due to USSR vs Germany tends to be a plane spam, And being in a plane 24/7 is totally helpful for your team.

Mate just go back to WT.

Already gone over how angular velocity has absolutely zero effect on what’s actually happening in a dogfight. What you’re experiencing is flawed perception due to a phenomenon called a frame of reference.

Except if I’m moving at long range the indicator is farther off than at close range because of how the game calculates lead as long as you do any defensive flying, so good luck with that.

Skill issue. Get good m8.

The indicator doesn’t work properly anyways, same as the tank penetration indicator.

In my book they can be removed.

Not even 20% of my kills were from vehicles. But go on Chief, you are doing so well!

It 100% does work though.

People who are clueless know to aim at T-34 turret only because of indicator.

You can also guarantee a Jumbo kill by farming the indicator. Indicators also work through bushes and walls.

in Pacific, Japanese planes should win most times unless you play the long game as Allied, but Allied planes can start firing from 800m+ away successfully before the merge even happens, this is only because of indicator helps them massively.

Air lead indicator makes the game no skill

Maybe because its considered, a arcade mode,
and if they ever (realistic FF) then it would be considered a realistic battle, and then you would have no lead indicator.

just my view, didn’t post to upset, just i play both modes on WT, so i am just basing it on that exp.

It is strange, because they force people into first person.

To keep immersion.

It’s an Arcade game sure, But keeping in first person keep that hint of immersion.

It’s also a trade off. If you force the FPV then for new players you’re going to give them something to help them learn. The indicators can be very unreliable on tanks and planes but they help new players get some shots on target. The trick is knowing how to throw off the indicators which sets skilled players apart from new ones.

isnt that what lesbians do?

A trade off for what you literally never even stated the trade or why it needs to exist

Point still stands

I have no idea why this has been resurrected and overall I think it should stay with how plane cycling is still a thing and people keep suicide bombing

Make a thread for it otherwise keep exploiting it, the cycling. devs don’t care about gameplay unless 50% of their playerbase ( 5 people) comment
