i have been grinding through berlin germans lately, mainly staying in the air as that is my preferred playstyle (not only CAS spam but also fighter as i am actually trying to win the game). and i have noticed that often when i go close to the ground i get hit by a stray bullet or two, which isnt to weird considering the idiot bots often start firing at planes. however, these bullets sometimes seem to consistently hit the cockpit area and i am wondering if this might be caused by people using aimbot that accidentally locks on to the pilot? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/679055943857733698/871124058937380914/unknown.png
Well I’d say you answered your own question there, the bots have aimbot, because they are bots, so if they are locking onto you, you would have no way of telling whether its a player or bots no? I dont really see the point in your post other than “Some people might be using aimbot” - Yeah, probably
As you’ve said, you play in the sky mostly, not surprised you dont have much experience…bots can hit some crazy unrealistic shots, not likely, but neither is aimbot, but you’re happy to jump to that conclusion with 0 evidence other than a red cockpit.
Ah it was probably me, I always attack planes from the ground with infantry when they are in range and many times I shoot them down

can you still do that shit? back when i played moscow i remember you could down a late game plane with a single rifle shot, that was fun af. i thought this was “”""""“fixed”"""""" when they buffed plane health. now i can fly perfectly fine with a completely yellow plane

yes if you hit a plane with an lmg you shoot it down with a clip (if you aim well) if you try to do it with other weapons no you can only damage it and hope to shoot it down in a couple of times, but you can still do it once I shot down a biplane with the kar98k
