This often happens when you need to jump to get out, I had a game where they all sat on top of a roof for like 5 minutes until I noticed they weren’t with me.
In these cases i advise to make a proper report on the Community Bug Reporting System to get it fixed

AI pathfinding when on different height is abysmal. did you jump on roof with paratroopers?

and they will solve it or leave it there alone like they did with this problem who still persists?, because I can show you any drop item like mines or med box keep sinking in ground in all maps and this problem exist before my post and they didn’t even solve it, I think probably it exists more than a year or even more …call me crazy, but with all of the respect, I think it need be solved
just watch the moscov map in where you fight for reach a mansion and look the precious pathfinding there and you will see they didn’t yet fix it
No the spawn point was placed by someone on my team on to the roof for some reason.
ah newbie rally point. idea that seems good till you are familiar with how bot pathfinding work.
i can only tell you avoid rally points on roof/attic/broken floors cause bot pathfinding is broken when you have disconnect between surfaces. pathfinding is one of the weak areas of the game and idk if it will be fixed any time soon or ever.
