I could have sworn that there was an update that improved the AI’s intelligence.
I build a AT gun, get on it and my AI squad mates like to run around in front of the gun as if they don’t have a clue as to what they are to do, and yes I do put out marks for targets,.
Do a small hole in the ground and put them in in close formation or just order them to go to the point and suicide kill them
Because you probably didnt order them what to do: go stand somewhere safe and out of the way.
If you need to move the AT gun, cancel that order and one AI will come help you push it.
At least now they don’t kill you by standing in front of you with riffle grenade launcher.

They sometimes do. I got killed by my own idiot ai because he ran in front of my panzershreck
Ai was decent before high caliber update.
After high caliber it was never recocered and still broken.
Best ai i know is in fps game killzone 2 . Game from 2009.
Im not sure devs hve no intention to code good ai or simpl they arent able to
