Because the campaign are divided between one soviet and one American each time, and because next one after pacific gonna be soviet again, instead of another moscow 3.0 germany vs soviet wy dont do romania vs soviet? We already have romanian weapon and veichle so wy dont do the last push and add the faction, it will probably gonna do the variety enlisted need alongside the pacific
So guys if you like the idea better start from now to post campaign level suggestion for the campaign progression, otherwise we can find us with “leningrad”
Honestly another german vs … only for have some tank warfare variation is a bad idea, and if you play cod 1 united offensive during kursk level you play in villagge and city, so i think kursk in enlisted end be a copy of of moscow but in summer
The last game with proper tank vs tank + air and infantry was BF1942 with 5 or more tanks per side, 32 players per side.
Operation Aberdeen was the biggest vanilla tank-map and widely popular.
BF2 had this one EuroForce map with many tanks (7vs7?) but that’s that basically.
Even small map like Kursk had 3 v 3 in tanks, 2v2 in air, and rest on ground.
If the next campaign does end up being Guadalcanal, that would mean we have:
Germany: 4-ish campaigns (Moscow, Stalingrad, Normandy, kindof N. Africa but that’s moreso Italy)
USSR: 2 campaigns (Moscow, Stalingrad)
USA: 2 campaigns (Normandy, Guadalcanal, 1 plane for N. Africa)
Britain: 1 campaign (N. Africa, 2 tanks only for Normandy iirc)
Japan: 1 campaign (Guadalcanal)
Italy: 1 campaign (N. Africa)
What makes the most sense to me would be either Burma, Sicily, or Italy, since Britain, Japan, and Italy have the fewest campaigns (though of course there is a touch of overlap in most cases, but generally it is so few vehicles it doesn’t count as a campaign for them, like the SBD in N. Africa or the Sherman Firefly and Churchill in Normandy).
Yeah, I was literally just about to post a correction. Totally forgot as I have not played that one yet. With 3 USSR campaigns, that’s even less reason for another one after Guadalcanal (if that in fact ends up being the next, Pacific campaign).
