Am I the only who suffer this bug time to time when Enlisted choose to crash?, did anyone made a report of this?, because you cant choose squads and if you desert, BAM, penalty, also eventually you get deserter tag because you cant do anything lol, edit: add photo of context
did you try to kill the soldiers if it lets you?
you cant even choose soldiers, it doesnt appear the menu

I had a similar bug where my camera was in a similar position as your and I couldn’t do anything. I fact I still had a bot on my squad, but I couldn’t switch to him. After some time he died and I was able to spawn another squad.
