Advice requested on graphics settings

When flying, my graphics are poor when the wing “makes contact” with the horizon.
Also when I look forward at the horizon, I see horizontal lines.
I play on ultra settings, pc and graphics card are all updated, RTX 3060.
I dont know how to fix this…any advice is most welcome!

It’s a game issue. Occlusion Culling is broken.

In other words you cannot fix it.

Or just reduce FOV so you will less time the horizon
