Every currently acquirable semi-auto rifles stats are listed below.
SVD-30 has a shots deviation closer to the scoped assault rifles. Should be more in line with the other proper semi-auto rifles. Would suggest dropping it down to “5”.
Think the SVD-30 was just overlooked when these number were recently adjusted.
sorry cant find the middle finger emoji, but you are comparing a standard sa rifle to sniper rifles. hmm one of these things does not belong one of these things is not like the others, compare it to other select fire rifles please.
The SVD is a normal semi auto, it’s not meant to have sniper dispersion at all, it only has a scope because the default sight is very bad

Could use a reclassification but that is consistent after all.

In defense: the weapon could be classified as a semi-auto sniper. Seeing the shots deviation stat reduced would not be totally out of line.
