I noticed there was no cloth or anything in the molotov cocktail and im pretty sure they used a piece of cloth or some sort of fabric to light on fire before throwing the bottle.
It will be cool to add into the game or it might be something they plan to add in the future but regardless I wanted to suggest it.

Yeah I thought I would just start suggesting small things that still help the developers but not huge game breaking things
Molotovs in game, are self igniting ones
You can see Molotovs in Enlisted have a tiny bottle next to the big one
This tiny bottle is used to ignite on impact
These molotovs were very much common in 1941
