What title says, I believe an interesting addition would be to give each some kind of an unique ability. For example one could dual wield pistols, another could use guns that its class normally doesnt allow to, other could slash more enemies at once with a single meele weapon strike etc. Would be best if those could be somehow related to the stories of their irl counterparts. Of course those abilities shouldnt be too overpowered but just add some more of uniquess to each soldier.
