This would be perfect as a BR3 improvement for people who want something better than the B5N afterward. plus it can fill a spot in that research gap.

Like almost every army plane was not carrier based (only except is Ki-76 which was based on Akatsu-Maru)
Carrier planes are fine.
Devs just shouldn’t allow spawning non carrier planes within 90 seconds of the start of a match, like in every other campaign.
This privilege should be exclusive to carrier planes only.

or make an airfield for make them spawn there or force them appear too far for give time to carrier planes fly
This makes so much more sense, but nope, why would we do that. Tbf for the allied side at least, it would help massively if you could a lineup of squads you wanted depending on the campaign. Like if I had a choice for a pacfic campaign, I want to take the likes of Hellcats and etc, not mustangs.
