Add static AA weapons

As we all know, the airplanes from start of match are kinda annoying. Its can be worser during other parts of match. If your team doesnt have a pilot or a engineer who can build AA turrets, you will be bombarded all time without any resistance. My suggestion is adding a static AA guns. These would be behind buildings or on higher platforms, so they cant do anything with infantry or tanks. They could only shoot down planes, nothing more. Each side would have one or two (depends on game mode) AA guns.

Suggested AA guns
Germans- twin 20 mm Flak 38 gun
Americans- twin 20 mm Oerlikon cannon
Soviets- 25 mm automatic air defense gun M1940 (72-K)
Brits (possibly coming in next update)- twin 20 mm Oerlikon cannon or QF 2 pdr Mark VIII (“pom-pom”)- quadruple version

I have engi and i cant (GER engi)

You need to learn in engineer class tree

Yes, but what if someone has unlevelled engi? Does that mean he cant do anything?

Yes, just the regular stuff like ammo crates, walls, wire, rally point, tank barriers
