how about replacing mg34 and mg 131 to breda m37 and breda-safat for Italy troops in Tunisia campaign.

Do you mean for MG nests?
Instead of the MG34:
The Breda 37 could be a good alternative by sacrificing a part of the rate of fire for more damage or the FIAT-Revelli 14/35 which is more similar to others such as the M1919
Instead of the MG 131:
The 12.7 Breda-SAFAT can be mounted on a high tripod similar to the DShK or a low tripod
