Yes, I play. I donāt see it at all. This tankās contribution to the battle is minimal.
I see it in every 2nd match. Though maybe I confuse it with early T-34.

Not exactly sure why you would bring 1hit smg to discussion then ?
I dont know a single smg that has so high recoil that it would take effort to control it.
Dispersion how ever is something i cant do shit about.
Quite sure you can kill each br 1-2 tank with detpack and rather easily.
Except there aint single GE tank at br 1-3 that would require TNT to take out.
Aka soviets can do just fine with regular detpack while incase of KV GE needs Tnt.
Use bipods. They counter recoil unlike dispersion and MG13 only has 7 lower hor. recoil anf 2 lower vert. recoil.
I will not deny the vast majority of things you said. The Urrs DOES need a semi-automatic rifle, in fact I think two will do. The SVD 30 is not a bad weapon to use, but its sight is very bad, like stepping on shit with glass, another one that could be used is the Winchester 1907 Russia, I bought one that I know of. but the IAR is a shitty plane. giving an objective opinion and which If I have played with Russia it is that yes, Russiaās BR 2 weapons are a headache. And if there is the ppd 38 of 25 bullets, which can be eaten with potatoes a group. but just like that, itās capable of eating your tiny 25 charger.

Nobody uses this tank as sealclubbing now. They use T-28E for that purpose because its better than that. Back then its great because you donāt have to deal with Pz 3N if I remember correctly that its for normandy campaign only. Its armor is ok, but everything else is too bad to ever call it good anymore

I honestly dont know what you guys are talking about. BR3 is not BR2, and while it is true that the VG is placed badly considering time period - the solution to that problem is absolutely not adding an even later time period fire arm to BR2, even though there are already alot of better and periodically correct weapons that could be added.
