Soviets are the only side without a low-BR semi auto in the tech tree. Since the game has fully jumped the shark when it comes to the equipment historical accuracy at this point, the devs might as well introduce the SKS-45 as the soviet BR 2 semi. Since it fires intermediary round, max damage should be 9.6 fully upgraded and 10rd (stripper clip fed) mag size with a relatively low recoil.
This should make it roughly comparable to the Japanese / Axis BR2 semis which have around 40% higher damage but lower mag size / more recoil, and the US carbine which has around 10% lower damage but 50% higher mag size.
Decent MGs in BRIII, superior MGs in BRV with 100 rds/mag
Superior/capable semis in BRIII â BRIV â BRV
Good early AT guns at BRII â Bazooka â which handles a lot more better then the GranatbĂźchse 39 with less penetration but still able to destroy all german vehicles to BRIII
They use the PAK40 from the germans
They get the Panzerfaust 60 from the germans
The KV-1 is a PAIN to destroy, specially when you face it as BRII team. Best tank of BRIII
We dont need to talk about the soviet BRV. Maaaaany prototypes that never were fielded or never saw action in the late european theatre of war â yet every soviet soldier in enlisted got their hands on the AS-44 or RD-44 which furthermore acts like a laser gun
Seriously the USSR does not need to have the best of the best in every BRâŚ
So thats why the german faction STILL lacks a good MG with minimum 100 rdsâŚ
Thats why soviet guns are better then the counterparts in the respective BRsâŚ
Dude, I only told you how good the soviet equipment is and mentioned, that the soviets dont need the best of the best in every BR. With their PPS-42/43 they will totally dominate BRII when they get a semi with 10 rds and next to zero recoil compared to all other guns.
Omg grow up.
Where is it a lie when I check the tech trees of every nation and clearly see that one faction dominates?
I played USSR, US/GB and Germany, but thank you.
I think the line should be built, functional prototype. That way we have hard numbers like RoF to work with instead of DF taking something like a piece of wood or a bunch of pieces and assigning either arbitrary or perfectly idealistic stats
I write a proposal and you drop in to seethe about KVs and 100rd mgs, and immediately conjure some made up shit about how this non-existing weapon will be op.
Right now in my view, having two weapon slots in low BR for soviets is basically pointless esp. for radio operators and riflemen, as thereâs no interesting variety to choose from. You literally only have winchester and moisins, which also share the ammo pool (so unlike when taking a carcano and kar98, you donât even get twice the ammo).
Literally no point. So not only is there a fundamentally missing class of weapons, this reduces the viability of choice in a way that is not present in the other factions, which doesnât make sense nor is it fun for players.
I just tried to show you that the soviets got 99% of their gear right and really dont need a semi in low BR - far better then just write ânoâ. I didnât mean to be offensive.
The german/italian teams do face the same âproblemsâ because literally no one choses the Armaguerra. They use K98s and Mannlichers.
Maybe there is a soviet semi with 5 rds - that seems fair. But a 10rd laser really will beat up BRII.
The SVD-30 w/o scope could fit.
