I feel like limiting Japan to tier 4 should be the new meta for the nation and then just focus on adding more maps because the Pacific has a lot of variety that could be added such as Tarawa, Manila, Burma, Indian border, Malaya, Peleliu, Saipan among others, also adding the missing Japanese equipment that while is not something that’s gonna balance things out it can be handy for the future, I don’t think we are getting a lot of weapons in the future but at least we can have maps

Yes Japan does not require tier 5. The faction is not going to be fighting in any other fronts unlike WT.

I dont think japan will have a playerbase for BR 3 and upwards with the current BR we got.
The chi nu should never have been BR 4 with everything about it far worse than a F2 (BR3).
Cant deal with infantry that good as it lacks a coax and loses the tank fight as it will have HE loaded half of the time due to its lacking in anti infantry.
And there really isnt any redeeming quality for that BR to justify that spot.
Japan could end at BR 3 and it would be fine as it is but not like that.
