There are voices to nerf rifle grenade launchers so do it by adding a need to load a blank cartridge. They were used irl to fire a rifle grenade so this change would both add more realism and more ballance as RGs will be slower to use.
Tbh I’m in two minds about this idea.
On the one hand it would be nice to have blanks. That’s how they should work. (I guess nobody would be happy if for example tomson would have only half of it’s reload animation.)
On the other hand I’d like to see the reload slowed down. I’m sick of soldiers that behave like machines, executing every move with ideal precision in no time.
But those changes implemented together may make RGLs even slower than they were before the buff.
I won’t mind if reloading is slower but realistic. They must keep the current explosive power however, as before the buff they were so weak you had to land the grenade directly between the feet of your enemy to simply wound him…
I’m actually quite satisfied with the grenade changes this time. This is the reasonable damage of a grenade, even a little too small. Maybe some players abuse this weapon, but in the end the cause of the problem does not come from the performance of the weapon itself
The devs hope that simply by nerfing this and enhancing that, then it can make gamers diversify their weapon choices, which is difficult to achieve, perhaps they wish to.

To solve these problems, the only way to adjust is to limit the number of equipment in some way to prevent certain weapons and equipment from being abused in the game. For example, setting different spawn points for different weapons, I believe many players have mentioned it many times. Call this spawn point whatever you want, soul or ancient gold coins.
It is entirely possible to make an additional competitive mode to implement such a change. Players who like restricted mode go to competitive mode. Just like in War Thunder in arcade mode and historical mode.
Competitive mode with respawn points is for players who seek variety. Some other players who pursue high-yield efficiency players may not play this mode. I will definitely play this mode.

The Diakonov rifle grenade launcher uses regular ammo to launch grenades, thats why the grenades have a hole through them. The Diakonov in game does not represent this, which should be fixed.
DId they buff those things? Last time I used them they were completely useless. And I don’t see a need to nerf useless things.
