With regards to the vehicle the T-44-100 seems like a really nice choice for a top tier Soviet tank to me. Combining both the qualities of the T-34-85 and the IS-2.
As for the weapon I would really like to see the Type 2 SMG chambered in the 6.5×30mm Arisaka Type 95 cartridge as an AR for Japan. It would give some competition to the OP Type Hei Automatic Rifle.

Either 2 cm ÜMG 30 L/50 (Überschweres MG / Superheavy MG) Tripod, 20 round mags, 280-300 rpm
or the 2 cm Flak 38 L/65 in Erdkampflafette Tripod 20 round mags, 450-480 rpm. Here the new Prone/Bipod requirement would even fit, as they weigh some 54 and 56 kg without the tripod and ammo.
Or also a K98 with only S.m.K.H ammo with some 22mm penetration close up as a more than single shot AT rifle, even if bad, with a decent fire rate and enove for some light tanks and many tank roofs.

Or also replace the Mg 131 with an Mg 151/15 in Erdkampflafette. While the Mg 131 was used in a ground role, only with infantry on a bipod, the in game heavy mount is made up. The 15mm Mg 151, would also be more in line with the rest in penetration, velocity and fire rate and existed in ground mounts that are more than just a bipod, the Erdkampflafette, which was multiple models, ranging from a tripod, to skits, 2 wheels to even being a trailer mounted gun with gunshield.
