Add more variety for Japanese Uniforms

Yeah, as a Japan main, it’s very frustrating to have such limited customization for Japan, unlike the other factions where you can customize your jacket, pants, helmet and even gloves, whereas for Japan it’s only the full uniform and the helmet.
I think it should be on the top of the list, plz gayjean.
