Since there are people who don’t agree with my spawnpoint idea, now i shall suggest adding tank destroyer in low level. Opentop such as SU-76M or jagdpanzer 1 to Assault gun such as StuG 3 or SU-85. By doing so, lower level newer player can at least deal with higher level players, not just suicide det pack throwing.
(And i know there will be some people come and say well if we have matchmaking everything is fine. Well, no thanls I don’t take that opinion)
honestly your idea about low tier tanks not using as many spawns was great and should be extrapolated to include planes too. the spawn screen could state exactly how many tickets you are going to consume when you spawn in as the selected squad.
vehicle rush spam should be punished, encouraging more thoughtful play and as a great side effect, punishes suicide bombers even more (though there are better solutions to this, for example, giving each person a limited number of plane spawns per point, and returning used planes once the current point is captured)
Actually… it’s kind of not a bad idea. Turret-less TDs aren’t going to be much threat for more than their first few shots, once they’re noticed any infantry AT, bomb, or tank that sneezes at them will kill them, so they let new players potentially kill an annoying enemy tank without being too much of an annoyance themselves.

I guess we already have CS and WT divided from each others while enlisted is about common battlefield
Nah, my planes love chewing up tanks, but I generally like fighting infantry as an infantryman and a Panther or a Tiger sitting at the back of the map isn’t very conducive to that environment. Usually a 500kg bomb does the trick quite nicely, and since the velocity buff the Panzerfaust can now nail tanks from over 200m away hilariously enough.
Panther or tiger sits at back because they try not to give easy kill to idiots rushing b and not trying to avoid cannon fire. But even there they aren’t in safety. Sounds like tanks should run from infantry and not vise versa. Actually distance of fausts will be fixed but better would be nerf their accuracy as they were crooked till end of war and losses made by those tubes were low in comparison to artillery
Yes, it is a smart thing to sit at the back away from infantry, but that also isn’t particularly fun for the infantry, nor is it fun for new players with starting tanks that can’t easily fight late-campaign tanks. It’s one of the key problems plaguing Enlisted and it makes it difficult for new players to get into. High-level players like me don’t have an issue, we have access to the late-campaign planes, tanks and AT weapons(Grb39 is god tier), but newbies suffer a lot whenever they have to fight us. It doesn’t particularly feel good mowing down rows of low-level players just trying to grind their way up, even if the XP gains are undeniably awesome.
Of course, becuz going out of gray zone is stupid suicide. This is good example that vehicle which irl should push and cover infantry, gets cover behind infantry for not being killed within few seconds after respawn.
Difficult to get into
Who promised you easy safari, kid? It’s teamplay game with different classes. Even if newbie has imbalanced tank, he wouldn’t be able to use them properly first time. It’s always connected with difficulties, so it’s not an argument. Main difficulties for starter weapons consist of stupid animations, movements and exp farming which is strictly tied to frag number. You can’t even get best engineer medal building much useful things.
Shiters are those weaklings who thinks tanks should come to them and give free exp. And dumbfaust is that kind of weapon which is too simple to use thanks to infantry’s hiding capabilities. Distance will be reduced for sure and dispersion is thing that those tubes deserve in purposes of realism. Without also saying that devs plan to reduce gray zone which will allow any useless idiot rush at your resp since you killed him once
Yea tank mechanics work the same whatso ever. Adding New mechanics to tanks like smoke screen, Various type of Shells, flamethrower tanks etc would make them fun again.
