apparently not considering that they keep adding content, despite leaving left overs from old ( just as an example, there so much stuff in the editor that isn’t used, yet it’s ready and fully functional, yet they keep adding, and be negligent about the rest )

customization is rather easy to fix.

us, playerbase, can’t just buy it anymore.

we asked for improvements, and we were told it wasn’t a priority.
which it’s fair all things considered.
but customs still get access to the replay system.
which if you want to do a tournament video, you can actually do that.
hell, even the biggest proponent did it twice or more.
so, it’s not like they really need it.
opposed as, for example, replays on customs mods not actually working.
well, most of us modders ( if i can even call my self that. i mostly do PVE extensions of vanilla lol ) don’t ask for our mods to be fixed, but just to get more features and options so that it can suit most people. we were robbed of what we were promised because ( imo, of course. can’t confirm it nor deny it ) of this new CM. which out of the blue, comes with clan related things
keo had the decensy of hosting mods digest, screenshots contests, and much more.
and one last note to conclude:
inspite of my tone, i’m really not one for grudges. ( well, almost ).
i don’t have any problem with clans.
matter of fact, i have worked with most of them regarding mods, guide them through certain aspects of modding, and even made some custom profiles for some of them.
yet, the problem lies in, most of these clans are nothing more than selfish people with actual complexity issue and major ego ill-intents.
and i certainly can no longer tollerate these fools who thinks they are hot shots when in reality, they are just hot sh*s.
which it’s actually funny, because when you challenge them, they aren’t anything of extraordinary and usually end up coping with:
" we are the best!11! "
" you are just bad "
and when you point out how ludicrous is to be bragging about being " good " in a game that is primarily about bots, suddendly they shift to:
" you don’t understand!1 ".
" it’s just a game bro ".
and my favorite,
" we just want to play with friends against other people. "

i don’t " hate " ( matter of fact, i don’t think i am capable of ) the newly acquired CM either.
but i’m not unfortunately blind that what the guy has done, and his ( in my opinion of course ) missplaced priorities.
perhaps it will change in the future.
but so far, nothing has been really done regarding the late game / modding scenes.
which it’s where most people go ( or rather, would have gone ) if it wasn’t for the lack of support, no xps for newer folks and many other things ( that used to be there when the mods were first implemented. ).
not even once or twice he acknowledged mods.
now, does he have to?
no. of course not.
yet he is incessant about clans.
which i guess i’ll answer their self entitlement with more of our self entitlement ( since that’s how discussion are conducted anyway when dealing with these clans )
but us modders, had to wait much more than these people.
and with all the shit we have to go through having to fix mods each time, broken promises, overlooked features and much, much more.
i think we kinda deserve it more.
because it would have allowed us to put out more content and please the majority of people as possible.
but i digress.
i really can’t see such situation in any scenarios.
mostly because enlisted does not need shows, but actual reasons to be played, other than watching others play.
which chances are, from clans it starts becoming an e sport, and 99% of the time, esports ruins game because are played by entitled persons making it worse for everyone else.
aka the majority of solo players who play this game.
