Add historical machine-gun nests for each faction (M1919 Browning and PM M1910)

It’s not proper to have MG-42s for every machine-gun nest of all factions in the game. American engineers building a machine-gun nest with a MG-42 is just ridiculous. Since you implemented changes to MG nests and stationary MGs recently (taking away the ability to zoom) why not add the historical machine guns for each factions? It’s way overdue and would add a lot more immersion to the game. The suggestions are:

Normandy/Tunisia Allies: the M1919 Browning in .30 caliber
Moscow/Berlin Allies: the Pulemyot Maxima PM1910 (classical green Maxim Gun)

Also it annoys me to see MG-42s in the Moscow Campaign, which was set in late 1941 and ended in January the 7th of 1942, way before MG-42s were introduced in late 1942. You could well add a MG-34 machine-gun nest. Shouldn’t be something hard to do, and such details greatly enrich the game and the experience.

As much as I like the MG-42, having proper MGs for each factions would also offer different MG tactics, for example a Russian Maxim can fire for much longer than an MG-42, but at a much slower rate.

Again (just in case):
But please don’t make them magically float above sandbags please. Tripods are a thing.
