I got this idea because they feel bit too boring, every vehicle and a gun have some interesting facts about them which can even help playing this game ‘more historically’. I am thinking that there should be a button with an “i” that could give a popup for each unique soldier.
It will also make them much more special, I remember how I learned about John Basilone from Pacific WW2 series and realized that I have him in Enlisted. For some I was even looking trough internet myself only to find nothing at all.
So even if some aren’t that historical at all, like Erwin Konig from Stalingrad movie for example, the original inspirations could be at least mentioned.
I also believe that those war veterans deserve it. Their names were written into pages of history for reasons. And as you are using their real names, it will be very respectful to represent them in a little other way than hero shooter characters you can just obtain and use.
