When soldiers enter the water on snowy maps, a cold water shock should set in. This may be complex to implement but a movement and slight stamina decrease which then in turn starts hitting damage?
Yeah hopefully they can die of frostbite.
I don’t see this working properly in Enlisted. The TTK is very fast (which I love) but this would be pouring a gallon of salt into an already bleeding wound. On the new Fortified District map for example, there isn’t even a bridge that connects mid way from the lake to the B. You’re only option is either wasting time by running all the way around on land, or taking the risk by crossing the lake.
I could go on for hours about the horrendous map design offered in Enlisted, as well as the non-existent matchmaking balance. There’s too much inconsistency right now and that should be prioritized.
Very fair point but I think also maybe it’s time regarding map design and games to step away from creating clear paths to get to certain areas. Wars are not easy and obstacles will always be in the way.
All that would have to be done to combat such issue is to add ice caps or rockery I believe.
But your right this game is not ready for this, this is still a rather fast paced shooter.
