We don’t have the player base that is big enough to be split into multiple small factions.

china was more crucial as a theater then a faction
China as its own faction is a weird one, because it would have too much copy-pasted equipment but if that is the only way to avoid the western allied faction getting more BS chinese squads that break all left over authenticity than China as its own faction is objectively better in that case.

Such issue can be solved if dev force those squad to use western allies uniform, voice and face when they are not in Burma.

Yeah I wouldn’t have said a word if that was the case, but even then we will still see Chinese guns.

While China having its own faction would be really cool, what is more likely to happen is China will just be added as Premium Squads/Event Squads, and they will be spread across the US (Nationalist Squads), Soviet (Communist Squads), and Japanese (Manchukuo Puppet State Squads) factions, since I imagine its far easier to do this instead of creating a whole new faction + tech tree.
What is the problem with Chinese gun tbh? We literally have prototype guns all over the place and US literally have guns from multiple nations.

there either straight up foreign models, clones that only change the caliber or clones that very slightly change in form
there is not this avalanche of prototype Chinese guns that are being hidden. the Chinese straight up either used donated war material from the us or weapons captured from Japan. There are a few original modified pistols of the warlord period but for every twenty guns you could get for Germany/USSR/UK/Italy/ you would have one very unoriginal gun for China. Prove me wrong show me a load of Original Chinese weapons.
The US has Guns From the UK/Canada/Australia and other commonwealth guns because the UK/Commonwealth have been included with the US. now if the added weapons Mexico you would have a point. The one sticking point might be the Random French squad with French Rifles. Otherwise there is a reason, china USED STANDARD OF THE SHELF WEAPONS MAYBE USING A DIFFERENT BULLET SORRY THEY DONT HAVE MUCH.
Depends how it would work first, as splitting factions just for them to spawn together on same maps wouldnt change much (I mean when lets say UK faction players would just play alongside US faction players)
I wouldnt have anything against it if it would bring my favourite Tunisia back for me to play more often that one or two matches a month

Well best option is to separate Burma from the pacific to be its own theater of war ( China Burma India theater) and bring back theaters of war so people can pick which theater of war would they prefer to play and put Burma with more maps involving China where you will be able to collect China from premium squads, event and maybe 1 2 squads in the TT.
Then we can add more maps where Chinese customization will be possible:
-Battle of West Hubei
-Battle of Singapore
-Battle of Hong Kong
-Battle of Mount Song/Ramou
-Battle of West Hunan
-Battle of Hengyang
HENGYANG 1944
In this maps some US soldiers can be replaced with Chinese on the customization.

China not as a faction but a skin great
Id say another great way is to have mixed factions for certain maps.
For example: Burma, pacific maps and maybe newly added chinese theater maps are in the map rotation for china as an own faction, as well as USA.
That means maps like Tunis, Normandy and Bulge stay for USA only, without having the chinese there.
That way a chinese faction could get into future mixed matches with the soviets against japan…

If they add china as a faction then you better not be suprised if some chinese nationals try to get the game banned just because the devs accidently add RoC pants instead of CCP ones for a squad.
Because clearly this means DF supports taiwan over the one glorious “true china”.
I am neither from china or taiwan. as outstanders, their politics should not be our business.
Without a comment on politics, i need to mention that there are many many people in china who play online games. It is a great chance for enlisted to increase its playerbase, as well as uniqueness, as china or chinese maps are rarely present in any ww2 games…

china has their own special version of enlisted they play on, it literally does not matter what the international version does
