As the title says a chat in custom match lobbies would be a good feature and allows more communication between players before or after the game, they might want to congratulate each other on the win in the previous game or just talk about the strategies and tactics in the upcoming game or sometimes when the teams aren’t balanced they can ask others to change teams and much more

There should also be the ability to team up and add friends in match lobbies;
We also need to fix a bug where players are assigned to the wrong team when rejoining a match, which prevents them from re-entering the game after disconnecting or reconnecting
Yeah happened to me once I wanted to send a friend request to a guy I met in the game and after sending the friend request and joining that match I was assigned to allies and my soviet squads have nothing compared to my axis squads
