Add Binocular for Marder III & Marder III H

Please add Commanders ability using Binocular in Marder III & Marder III H, it would be more fun to play with Marders, I would like it so much!

Also the tanks I mentioned in this thread should be given commander hatches and binoculars:

Except for the Marder, tanks like the M10, M18, Super Pershing, etc. do not have this ability.They should give this ability to all tank commanders.
