A lot of times when you die or a bomb goes off near you there will be a tinnitus sound effect where your ears ring. This sound effect hurts my wife’s ears, and she ends up hiding in the bedroom whenever I play. This makes me sad, and I would appreciate it if I could have an option to turn it off for her.

you can use headphones for now but i agree that it should be an option

after playing cod 1 i think tinnitus make it a little more “immersive” for me but yea it really loud

I think someone already made a sound mod that replaces tinnitus with silence.

I already do have tinnitus 24/7 so it sucks getting it amplified at times
