Since i like to strafe run with my fighter against infantry i dont use the 20mm gun which i mostly save against planes and some light tanks, i would also like to have an “fire them both” button so i dont have to click both buttons down while dog fighting

If i understand, you want a toggle button like the manual gear shifting, right?
…and auto, semi-auto on some guns.

You can config your controls to do exactly that, I separated cannons, bombs and mg on planes for exactly that reason.
I have done that. I kept the binds as they were with everything on LMB. But i also gave secondary keybinds to each of them to be able to fire cannons mgs and secondary cannons seperatly if i want to
