The lack of front sight is annoying and detrimental to the performance of the weapon. I was told that the front sight was thought to occlude too much of the screen and as such was left flipped down on the model, but even if this is the case it’s irrelevant because the front sight that is modeled on the stinger is not the actual front sight that would have been used. In reality, either of these two front sights would have been used
The OG sight it had before addition into the game was absolutely rubbish, that’s why it was asked to put it down
Did you not read anything I just said?
Also they could’ve just modified the sight a little. Every single game that I know of, including Enlisted, has done this with the M1 Garand’s rear sight to make it possible to see through when looking through a screen. They don’t just get rid of the rear sight entirely. It’s lazy and looks terrible.

Ideally, any aviation sight could be put on the AN/M2 Stinger. So scope number 4 is the best in my opinion.
Unfortunately, this is the problem with most games, it’s hard to recreate ‘aperture sights’ to make them useful in game.
I would also add that the AN/M2 Stinger has the wrong ammunition, it should be 100 rounds, not 200 as it is now.
Also very true. This would also make the gun more balanced, but you would still have the same amount of total ammo since you could use a large ammo pouch to get 4 belts of 100 rounds each instead of using a small/large ammo pouch on the current one to get 2 belts of 200 rounds each
This would also allow them to actually animate the belt instead of having it do that weird jiggle from side to side to hide the fact that it can’t actually fit 200 rounds in the box. Noticed that in the practice range the other day.
