It is annoying not being able to talk about the plan or BR before a battle begins. I played two German battles BR2 versus BR5 both loses because BR5 German is like 90% loss. But the person I added was BR5 but it listed BR2 on my screen. The funny part is I was first place in one and second in the other. I wrecked some people some crappy weapons it was funny. A BR2 dynamite stick is the same. If you need an example at how you can do a great job with this concept look at Heroes and Generals communication system. Many HnG players migrated to Enlisted.

An ingame chat option with friends would indeed be good. Also the idea to chat before the match starts is good.

I think it would be cool being able to create a squad within squads, meaning that player would be able to create squad in-game and others would be able to join it, think of battlefield series or HLL, people in the squad could have like green markers for each other, maybe being able to use microphone, we have voice-chat, why not using it?

They could have learned a few things from Heroes and Generals before it shut down. All the stuff they might have been bad at making a game, HnG more than made up in some innovative features. You could make squads and get a bonus. You could chat outside of pre battle, squads, while offline and in squads. It was great that way because you could have everyone on the same page. Enlisted does a great job at squad side battle presentation like custom team markers but pre game has no chat option to plan pre battle of just build in game friendships. That part of the game is a bit lacking compared to the one I mentioned above.
