It can be a short speech to boost morale and show the characteristics of the armies of various camps
It can also be a shorter slogan (I know the Soviet Army’s “for the Union, for Stalin” and the German army’s “for Deutschland”)

Red Orchestra 2 got that covered and still the gold standard of voice acting for Red Army with native voices on that adds the authenticity.

bind it to Shoot Button or Jump Button, so you hear your Char more Battlecrying

Or bind it to flask button for the lols, so your soldiers spits all around when trying to yell while drinking.
