Nope.
Just improve free look and add working mirrors to planes that had them.
I really enjoy that vehicles don’t have 3rd person. It’s both immersive and improves the ballance.

One of the big selling points of this game is everything has to be done in first person, so its unlikely. Mirrors would be nice though.

The P38G1 and the P38J15 have mirrors below the crosshair and in the sides of the rotors. Haven’t actually seen anyone or even myself use them though, also have no idea if they actually work.
Maybe other planes have mirrors too, but I haven’t noticed.
I have only seen non-functioning mirrors.
I really wish they would function since my tailgunner is a sleeping dummy.

Definitely no from me, I like the immersion, if they give us mirrors that would be brill! Tail gunners not sleeping, will be available and hopefully not sleep next update.
Its clunky and doesn’t play well but ayy to each their one, just wish flying was more fun.
We really do as its exactly what the game needs.
3rd person mode would make we quit the game at an instant.
Imo it one of the funniest parts of the game.
While I’m much better flying in War Thunder because of the 3rd person view, I kind of dig that I can’t use that as a crutch and have to do it the more realistic way here. Even if it does mean I’m more prone to embarrassing crashes
