Albeit an arbitrary ask I think it would be an awesome addition to add the 157th infantry regiment “Thunderbirds” under the 45th infantry division to the US.

You mean 157 field artillery regiment right ?
Anyway then we need a new squad maybe rifleman 4 or radio operator 3 for every faction
and their weapon maybe Garand model 1919 prototype as in SF rifle
or we could add as a event squad with Burton Light Machine Rifle or Thompson T2 Submachine Gun
