Academy Question the Green Arrows

Ok so ya click on Academy then on for example Engineer because it has a green arrow so what does the green arrow mean …

I thought maybe it meant I could send Three Engineers to the Academy but I do not think I can because I have Two of rank 1 Two of rank 2 and One of rank 3

There is one engineer eligable for the Academy.

I think it is supposed to work that way, however sometimes green things bleep in the game and the only reason is that they want to bleep.

It’s because you can put different class soldiers together. He has two 1 star tanker/trooper/flametrooper/assaluter so the game is telling him he can put them together to get a random 2 star
