PDM?
Stat wise it’s the same as the PPS-43 with very slightly less vertical recoil
So honestly not worth picking up
the 5 second respawn timer is confirmed to be a bug and only happens on normandy
Restrict the fucking guns and no counters are needed.
Are you all that blind that you can not see that we have to go a step back to move a step forward.
He needs unrestricted powerful shinny, who cares about the average player experience
People are actually running full squads with FG-42s? Sounds boring asf tbh.
yeah.
one of the first few matches that i encountered as american, full squads of german regular 9 troopers made out with FG42s…
yikes…
and of course, none of them without those/these:
( which are the larger magazines )
Trolling is newest most selling definition of fun.
But I don’t how is that even enjoyable to anyone.
Cannot you even see there would be AVT40 in the game? I guess it cannot be even more obvious that you don’t get everything at level 21 for a campaign with 40+ levels?
OP clearly never played with the FG42 lol. It’s absolutely nothing like the BAR. It was a RIFLE designed to fit multiple roles. It does have auto mode, but the massive number of 40 bullets that you have for it, shooting in auto is just a waste. Even with large ammunition bags, it still has like 80 bullets total. I played US and maxed it out, but I started playing with Germany, because USA players are absolute trash, literally the biggest noobs ever(there are exceptions of course). I’ve had such frustrating games with the USA and lost because of total idiots, I’ve already broken 2 mouses and keyboards(been playing for a month and a half now). I moved over to the German side, but Axis are incredibly nerfed already - unless you play Germany too, you won’t notice from the USA side. Dude, Axis tanks have HE shells that need to hit about 10 inches from the enemy in order to down them, machine guns overheat in about 3 seconds, then you fire 2 more bullets and need to reload. They only have the JU for a ground striker, everything else is a fighter so you end up flying in circles the whole game. Trust me, Axis needs a boost atm, not yet another nerf.
Yes, I can clearly see we will end at AK47 prototypes for every Soviet boy out there.
If you were armed with Springfields, they would have wrecked you with gewehr 43s as well. The FG is basically a semi auto just like the Garand, but it has more bullets. It does have an auto mode, but it eats through all your bullets in a few seconds and that’s it.
So you are this guy? Glad to meet you finally.
And how many did you broke while playing on German side?
And 40 bullets can not be changed? God forbid.
No amount of FG42 boolitz will ensure Germans get on the fkin cap.
There should be a fucking mandatory tutorial for this game.
lol - something like that.
Honestly, I realize that I’m biased, and sound incredibly ignorant, but by what I’ve seen Axis players play a hell of a lot more coordinated than Allies. Defending is easier than attacking I guess, but dude, when I go against Allied teams that coordinate their attacks, and use Jumbos and a P48/A20, there is absolutely no way to defend atm. In general, USA have much better vehicles and that makes a HUGE difference if the team coordinates. The only real strength Germans have is the MG/FG42s. If they nerf Germans any further it’s gonna become pointless to play as Axis.
Changed to what? You want to give them just 1 mag. Or maybe for historical accuracy, they can give them half a mag, and maybe make it so that the weapon jams from time to time?
where do US dominate? Mg34,Mg42,Fg42. Bf110,109. do i need to add more to the list?
US mains are so much much fun.
No, ofc not. Give them normal ammo, but again, don’t give it to every German trooper out there.
Scroll up, read what I wrote before.
From the top of my head I’d say - m1 garand, m2 carbine, BAR, thompson(you can also combine m1 with m2 on a single soldier so that he’ll be effective in any scenario), PIAT, then you have the Sherman and the Jumbo, then you have P38J, A20, and especially P48(Axis don’t have anything even remotely close to the P48).
