I know the battle of the bulge campaign has been out for a while, but I’ve always been wondering why the assaulters/medics/apc squads get black uniforms. I couldn’t find any photos where people were wearing black in ww2. Why don’t they get green, or brown or whatever?

Those black uniforms look like ones worn by the Marine Corps in the Korean War, they’re not from WW2, that’s for certain

Same could be asked from japanese. Why on earth do they have green, light blue and grey uniforms but not the tan ones that they actually used?
